3.1 Service improvement and User experience

The gathered information helps us to understand and follow User or Visitor trends of usage and preferences while using the Website or Company Products. We may improve Website and Services functionality, optimize navigation through the Website, develop new features, optimize the workflow within the Service we provide in order to improve Users and Visitors time being with Auther.

We have implemented the following Google Analytics Solutions such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Tools are used to compile statistical reports on Users or Visitors activity, to improve the relevance of content we provide and the Website performance in general. Facebook Pixel is used in order to collect data that helps us to track conversions from placed ads, optimize advertising campaigns, build targeted audiences for future advertisements and such similar functions. 4. Registered User 

Within the scope of our business relationship, you have to provide Personal Information required for the beginning and execution of the business relationship and the fulfillment of the affiliated contractual obligations; or the Personal Information we are legally obliged to collect. Without this data, we are normally not able to complete the contract with you or execute it.

We respect your privacy rights therefore registered Users may edit, update, and remove the Personal Information we have been provided with initially. Note, that with possible amendments in your Personal Information we will be limited in providing you with the best service and functions.

7. GDPR Privacy regulations

Auther complies with GDPR and performs a role of Company Products provider (“Controler”) which collects Personal Information of its Users and statistical and other data from Website Visitors. Controler use gathered data to improve the services the Company provides, in this case the Website and Company Service, and make necessary changes for better User experience while being with Auther.

or other similar technologies for data collecting. The User or Visitor may decline cookies activities on the Website in order to prevent information tracking.

In the case of the right to information and deletion, the restrictions according to №34 and №35 of GDPR apply - the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions. 

Furthermore, there is a right to lodge a complaint to a responsible data protection supervisory authority (article №77 GDPR in connection with article №19 GDPR). You can opt-out of the granted consent for the processing of your Personal Information.

Auther does not “sell” any Personal Information of its Users and comply with CCPA.
